The Challenge

IICS communications is a successful Italian wholesale IP voice provider.  ICS had identified a potential opportunity to launch a consumer MVNO – to be branded Ringo - targeting Italy’s large & diverse ethnic migrant population.

ICS needed a to rapidly develop and test the business model and Go to Market strategy for Ringo to ensure that it would effectively address the proposed target market while delivering a clear financial return.
