How We Work

FirstPartner will structure an engagement to work in the way that suits you best and integrates with both your project and your team.

The most common ways we work are through projects or provision of contractors.

If you engage us to deliver a project, we will:

• Agree the objectives, the scope and deliverables for the work with you at the start and quote a fixed price.
• We will  take full responsibility for managing the delivery of the work, keeping in close touch with you to make sure that the project is on course and fully meeting your requirements.
• We will hold project workshops to explain and discuss findings and recommendations at the start of the project, and at key decision or delivery points to ensure buy in from your team and stakeholders.

Sometimes the preferred approach is to integrate one or more experts into your team to help fill a resource gap, or provide specific experience and expertise for the duration of your project. This can be helpful if you have a short term resource shortage or need specific expertise and experience within a project.

FirstPartner provides contractors with the expertise you need to work on your site as part of your team under the day to day direction of your management or project lead. Additionally, your contractor will be supported by the experience and expertise of the wider FirstPartner team to ensure success.
